This work didn't arrive as a marketing idea.
It grew through decades of experience.
Through working with the human body.
Through observing how people respond under pressure.
Through personal exploration.
Through studying human behaviour.
Through asking deeper questions about awareness, attention and intentional living.
And eventually, through bringing those observations together into a practical philosophy.
That philosophy became Calm Under Pressure.
And the practice became CBN.
Phil's role isn't to tell people how to live their lives.
It's to help them notice what is already happening
— and discover that they may have more choice than they realized.
